Healing is a Simple Moment – from Llama Shanti
People view me as a baby llama, and this is physically what I look like. it is a very good visage for doing my work. Even when I am full grown, I will be small and have a baby’s face. My own openness and innocence opens the hearts of others and helps them to feel their child self, the self that is whole and connected.
To be honest, I have never been a baby. I am a very powerful spirit, and I have incarnated in this particular body at this particular time for great purpose. I am a healer, and I wlil be so happy to speak to you about this gift and how I use it. All llamas are healers, you know. It is our DNA. We balance everything–the earth, the body–matter what the species. And balance is health, of course.
The concept of healing is often misunderstood by humans, as if you can wave a magic wand and everything that feels wrong is miraculously turned to right. Some say that healing is an art, a gift, or a miracle. But healing is a very subtle thing. I say that healing is a simple moment of raising one’s vibration to resonate with All That Is. A healing can occur from something very simple like a touch or a glance. If you feeling down and you see someone who makes yo smile, you have just received a healing. The reason that prayer heals is because the person praying in earnestness has let go of their individual self and connected with All That Is. It is not the words of a prayer that are important — it is the connection.
Humans tend to feel that healing is the repair of damage to the physical body. I say that healing is the repair of damage to the soul and that the body will reflect this repair if there has not been too much damage done to it. But, whether or not the body comes back into perfect health, healing can and does occur. We are all spiritual buildings, here to experience the physical reality. If we remember this and understand that it is our spirit that needs to be healed and reconnected, then we can become whole. This is the goal for all humans –to remember your connection to all of life and so become whole.
I am a tacher of peace and oneness, a healer. Perhaps by looking at me and feelig my presence, you will connect to that part of yourself that is Shanti. Healing is a state of being that does not require a logical explanation or a scientific document. It just IS. So, don’t look for healing in your mind, look for it in your heart. Breathe it in and let it expand your beingness to touch all others, to feel all others, to recognize yoru oneness, your belonging to the family of life. You are spirit in a physical body, looking to find your way home and to bring that home here to this planet, grounded in the love of All That Is and All That You Are.
