Time to Start Feeding the Birds

I can feel nip of fall in the air and that reminds me to resume feeding the birds so that they stop and stay here on their way north. Given how expensive it is to feed the birds in the summer, I always stop. Many birds start to migrate in mid-August, so I am already a bit late in resuming!
Many species of birds start developing their flight feathers at this time of year and they need rich sustenance such as oil-rich sunflower seeds and suet feeders.
