Mango Banana Soup
This is one of my all-time favorite summer soups. Perfectly refreshing, fruity, and spicy, it’s a definite crowd-pleaser. Everytime we serve it, people’s jaws drop in amazement and propecia w/o perscription bliss! This recipe is adapted from the Moosewood Restaurant Low-Fat Favorites cookbook.
1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
2 ripe bananas
2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon
Puree the mango, bananas, orange juice, cardamon, and yogurt in a blender until smooth. Serve with a mango slice and cardamon seeds for garnish, if so desired.
