So, I went to get my hair cut today after (shamefully) not getting it cut for 11 months. Yikes! While I must say that I love my haircut, the process I did not love: I was whisked to a chair where my hair was washed and shampooed with toxic products. Then I was moved to another chair which had just finished being cleaned by more chemicals, and finally the hair cutter pulled a plastic comb out of a jar of blue liquid marked, “fungicide” and proceeded to comb my hair. EEK! I’m almost keeling over from the toxic monsoon I was just bombarded by. Eco-Fail!
