fashionably-fair1Now available all over the world, bibico is a design-led company that loves beautiful, simple, charming clothes.

Understanding that our clothing choices have a ripple effect all around the world, Spanish designer Nieves Ruiz decided to start an ethical fashion label that doesn’t skimp on style.

Each garment is stitched, sewn and knitted by women who work in co-operatives that are certified by the World Fair Trade Organization. Women who are as committed to producing high quality garments as they are dedicated to transforming their communities. bibico is a Fair Trade clothing company that seeks to support vulnerable communities and provide you with fashion that is conscious in more ways than one.

Hm, that’s very thoughtful of Ruiz. Fair-trade is good for the workers and consumers, and getting certification or accreditation can show proof that fairness is about. The fashion is quite good and simple, yet it can have a great effect due to the fair trade it has.
