Eating Local – Eco-Win

This past Saturday, my family went out to the Red Devon in Stanfordville, NY to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The Red Devon is a Restaurant/Market/Bar that believes local seasonal food is the tastiest food… and I honestly can’t disagree. The highlight of my meal was the local fried chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed kale paired with a New York hard cider. It was a fabulous mix of fine dining and local eating. Eco-Win!
